TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking: All booked sessions must be paid in full by the date of the session unless a payment plan is arranged before that date
Payment Plans: Session payment plans may be set up in advance. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If a payment declines we will try in two more days and if that does not work we will contact you.
Inclement Weather: Due to the nature of outdoor photography, our sessions require flexibility and must allow for alternative locations. For this reason, we recommend that you have a backup indoor location to allow for inclement weather. Our goal is to shoot outdoors so we are willing to move dates and times if possible but be please prepared with a second option that you will be happy with.
Pricing and Discounts: Prices are pre-set at the time of booking your session. Once you have paid your deposit they will be fixed for your session only.
We reserve the right to change or alter prices, services or other particulars of additional sessions before and up to the date of the event.
Cancellation by Purchaser: Registration cancellations made more than 90-61 days prior to the session date may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a deposit fee of $250. Cancellations made less than 60 but more than 31 business days prior to the event may qualify for a 50% refund less the deposit. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 30 or fewer business days of the event date. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and can be sent to sandy@sandypuc.com and customercare@sandypuc.com. All refunds will be issued by check only within 60 business days of cancellation.
Change or Cancellation by Sandy Puc' Tours: Sandy Puc' Tours reserves the right to cancel any session. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary for any reason including, but not limited to, inclement weather, unforeseen travel delays you will have the choice of accepting the change, applying your payment to an alternative session, or accepting of refund of all monies paid to Sandy Puc' Tours for the changed/canceled event. Sandy Puc' Tours is not party to any flight bookings you make yourself and has received no payment for the same, and will not refund the cost of your flight in the event the session is changed or canceled. Exceptions would be a force majeure which is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Sandy Puc' Tours such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather
Substitutions: If you are unable to be photographed, you are welcome to give/sell your booking to another friend. Please contact us if this is the case so we can acquire the proper contact information.
Special Needs: If you have any special needs, please inform us of these prior to the morning of the session. We will make every effort to accommodate your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met and will have no liability to you if such requests are not met.
Claims: Sandy Puc' Tours does accept responsibility for acts and/or omissions of its employees ONLY during the performance of their duties during a session. Sandy Puc' Tours does not accept liability or responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness caused to any client booking a session with Sandy Puc' Tours. Any claim shall be subject to the law in respect of any question of liability.
Sandy Puc' Tours does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by the delay or interruption to travel services through weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, floods or sickness.
The client must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this session immediately to Sandy Puc', giving her the opportunity to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Should this not be possible, you must make your complaint known to us in writing within 28 days of the completion of the session. Release: By attending this session, I hereby give my permission for images taken of myself to be used to promote Sandy Puc' Tours workshops or to be for any Media for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, promotion, marketing and package for any product or service.
Legacy Orders: Legacy orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to complete due to artistic detail and approval process, while Legacy videos can take up to 16 weeks. Orders placed after July 15th may take longer due to a seasonal increase in orders.
Please Note: Attendees are welcome to bring their camera to the session but are asked not to make any video or audio recording of the session. Attendees are asked not to take photographs while Sandy is photographing, or in such a manner that you obstruct the session.
